How Can We Help?

Creating your first task is simple:

• Log in to your RytePad dashboard.
• Make sure you're on the 📋 Tasks tab (first icon in the bottom navigation).
• Select the date of your choice (defaults to today).
• Type your task in the “Add A Task” input — e.g., “Water the plants.”
• Click Add Task — it appears under Pending Tasks.

Yes! RytePad is fully responsive and works great on mobile. Simply visit rytepad.com/app in your mobile browser and log in — the interface adapts to your screen size, and your content syncs across all devices.

RytePad sends two kinds of email reminders, both enabled by default:

• Daily Pending Tasks Reminders: an evening email listing tasks you didn't complete that day.
• Daily Upcoming Task Reminders: an email at 6:30 AM when a future-dated task's day arrives.

Manage both under Dashboard → Newsletters.

RytePad's Diary is designed for daily reflection:

• Open the 📔 Diary tab from the bottom navigation.
• Select your preferred date from the date picker.
• Write about your day in the “Write a new entry…” box — with bold, lists, colors, and more.
• Click Add Entry — it's saved with a timestamp.
• Review past entries anytime with the date picker, or use the 🔍 Search tab to find entries and tasks by keyword.

• All data is encrypted during transmission using HTTPS.
• Your personal information is stored securely.
• We don't share your tasks or diary entries with third parties.
• You maintain full control over your data.

Yes! In your Dashboard's Refer Friends tab you'll find your unique referral link. Share it with friends, family, or colleagues and track your referrals — total, active, and breakdowns by country and traffic source.

Notice: Currently the program focuses on referral tracking and community building, with potential rewards to be introduced in the future.

• Go to the RytePad login page and click “Forgot Password?” — or visit the Reset Password page directly.
• Enter your email address.
• Check your email for the reset code and enter it to verify.
• Enter your new password and hit submit.

If you don't receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact support.
