Welcome to RytePad, a web-based application accessible at rytepad.com, designed to assist you in managing daily tasks (to-do-lists), journaling thoughts(daily diary), setting goals, and organizing your life through tag Notes(separating content by tags). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RytePad (the "Service"), provided by RytePad ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining your own internet connection and any associated costs to access RytePad as RytePad is not accessible offline.
RytePad, including its software, design, logo, and original content, is owned by RytePad and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
You retain ownership of the content you create within RytePad (e.g., daily tasks, journal entries, goals, tag notes). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This includes saving your data, rendering it within your account, and enabling features like search or reminders. We will not display your content to other users or third parties, nor use it for any other purpose, without your explicit consent. Your data is encrypted and is stored securely with us.
Notice: The rewards component of our referral program is currently inactive. However, you are welcome to continue promoting the program at your discretion.
You may participate in the RytePad referral program by sharing your unique referral link with others.
Referrals must be genuine and not involve spam, self-referrals, or other manipulative practices.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, illegal activities, or prolonged inactivity, at our sole discretion.
